General Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary documentation, content, images, and factual information required to complete the deliverables. To ensure smooth project progress, this information must be submitted promptly upon request.
Hosting, Domain, and SSL
Our service includes one year of hosting, as well as domain and SSL setup. If you already have these, we will migrate them to our platform and manage renewals thereafter. Should you choose not to continue with our monthly unlimited hosting plan after the first year, hosting will need to be paid annually.
Monthly Retainer and Maintenance
If you opt out of the monthly retainer, ongoing website maintenance will not be included. Any service requests will be charged at our hourly rate of $450 USD. For services outside the monthly unlimited package, the standard hourly rate is $320 USD.
Branding Terms
The full branding setup will be completed within 55 days of payment.
- An initial questionnaire will be sent upon payment and must be returned within 48 hours.
- Three days after receiving the completed questionnaire, we will provide the first proposal, including three logo options and three color palettes. A revision must be submitted within 48 hours.
- Two days later, the second proposal will follow. Feedback must be submitted within 48 hours.
- Another two days after, we will deliver the final Brand Book manual. Final revisions must be submitted within 48 hours.
- Once approved, all final branding assets will be delivered.
Website Terms
The website development process spans five weeks from the date of payment.
- Clients must provide all required information within 7 days of payment.
- One week after receiving all content, the first revision will be delivered. Feedback or approval must be submitted within 48 hours.
- The final website will be completed within two weeks of initial approval. Additional edits can be made during the contract period.
- The contract duration is 40 days from the payment date.
Platform Limitations
If your current website is hosted on platforms like Wix, Squarespace, or others with limited features, we will discuss available functionality based on the platform’s capabilities.
Additional Website Services
- If the site is not built on a content management system (e.g., WordPress), we will create a landing page and integrate it with your existing website.
- Email marketing services are included for up to 1,000 subscribers.
- SMS services are not included.
- The software license fee is included in the package.
Advertising Budget
Budgets for paid advertising campaigns are not included in our service fees. We will provide recommended allocations based on your goals, but advertising funds will be billed separately.
